Cut back on salty foods - check all labels for sodium content, it can sneak up on you. Drink LOTS of water. Eat small meals. Snack on fruits and veggies so you get enough fiber bc soon a poop will become the holy grail. Stay active - walk for at least 30-45 min a day if you're not too exhausted. Other than that, I haven't found anything that stops it.
