E2 is 500!!! Ive between 11 and 16 follies. Tonight we lower the follistim and add the Ganirelix. RE wants me in every morning from this point on. EEEEK!!! Any s/e I should expect from Ganirelix? So far I have been lucky..no bloating!
I find the Ganirelix needle to be a bit dull, so I needed to sort of force it in, but it doesn't hurt more than the rest, just dull. I didn't experience any different s/e's

good luck!!!
I definitely noticed this too! I made a comment to the nurse, and she said that was the first she's ever heard of this.
Other than that, I didn't have any side effects. It's supposed to be itchy, but I didn't have any particular problems with that. Good luck!

my ganirelix injection sites were pretty sore only because you are injecting higher cc's of liquid. Kind of like the injection site of a subQ hCG trigger. But no s/e's to speak of. GL!
