What party favors for 3rd birthday?

Ty's third birthday is fast approaching and I need some favor ideas.  I am so bad at this stuff.  I only have about a week and a half, not much time to order anything, and I want to keep it on the cheap side.  I am already paying $12 per kid for the counce house place.  I am not a big fan of candy and am not very creative.  Ideas?

Playdough, crayons (you can make recycled crayons), small craft kits (I think Michaels has some), Hotwheels cars, bubbles, chalk

I suggest going to Hobby Lobby up on rt 31 & letting something jump out at you. they had at least 2 aisles of party stuff & they are pretty cheap.
