Had my Dr appt today...

I showed her my charts and voiced my concern with my short LP and she didn't seem concerned at all.  Her advice was to not stress about it and have lots of sex. 

While that's easier said than done DH and I had a good talk and I basically came to the realization that there is nothing else I can do that will make it happen any sooner.  I just have to relax and have a positive attitude.

I agree on concerns regarding your LP... 8-9 days isn't very good The only time it went past that (when you were temping) was your BFP cycle. For me, taking B6 helped with my LP a little bit and I've heard some of the ladies here talk about Vitex (I think thats what it's called...). I didn't have a consistent LP length until I started doing medicated cycles, though.

i agree with jen.  i am sorry you didn't get any answers, i have had many dr appts like that.  all you can do is try your best and lots of BDing! hugs to you.

Well, I am sorry your Dr didnt seem concerned with your LP- I remember you posting about that here and there and it does seem short.  You are doing your best though, and you seem to have a great attitude.  Maybe try some B6 or Vitex to lengthen your LP- or get a 2nd opinion.

Thanks ladies your hugs and words mean so much to me.

bmp84-I'm currently on my first cycle taking B6 and Texas recommended natural progesterone cream so I bought that along with Vitex (which came in the mail today) hoping that will help lengthen my LP!
