regardless of the show or personality or whatever, she was such a beautiful girl. I am not against plastic surgery at all, but she just had a unique, pretty look and now...ick.

I agree.  When the Hills first started, I really, really liked her.  She was a bit irresponsible, but she was also probably only 19 years old.  I always thought she was so pretty and I thought she had a great body.  When she got her first round of plastic surgery, I thought it was very tastefully done.  She looks terrible now.

When I was watching the show last night, I kept thinking...I wonder where she would be today had she never been on that show or, at the very least, never got hooked up with Spencer?

I think she looked better before she had any surgery. Now she looks old, and a little mannish. I feel badly for her though. She seems to have lost all the confidence she had when she first appeared on The Hills.

I am all about plastic surgery enhancements- but she got the tranny package, and she really didn't need it. it makes me so sad!

She really was a lovely looking girl at the beginning of the Hills.  Her hair was a better color then too - the platinum is yuck on her.

She seriously looks like a tranny now.  It's bizarre, and last night when she said she wanted to get "Hs for Heidi" I almost barfed.

She looks awful. I thouht her mom's reaction was so sad and real. How devastating to watch your DD do that to herself. I used to think that most of SPencer's antics were just for the show (like they were laughing all the way to the bank type thing) but her doing that to herself makes me think they are really just nuts.
