so this is going to be myyy first mothers day. and i'm sure that's the same for quite a few of you.

but also not for some of you, i have a few fun questions, kinda. they might not be fun but they are for fun.

1st, if this is NOT your first mothers day, do you remember the first? 

-how did you feel?

-did you get anything or do anything special?

2nd, those who will be celebrating mothers day for the first time as a mother, what are your plans?

-how do you think you will feel when people tell you "happy mothers day"?

This will be my first Mothers Day and I don't think we have anything planned. I don't like going to restaurants on holidays because its always so busy and now with DD it would be really hard. So maybe just a nice day at home. I already now what my gift will be since I asked for. I'm getting the Medela PIS. I have been using the playtex but have wanted the PIS from day 1.

I'm not expecting anything for Mothers Day, I'm not even planning on being home.  DH has already mentioned numerous times that he's not planning a thing.

I'll be happy if any one wishes me a Happy Mothers Day, I've been trying to be a mom for many years.

This is my first, but we don't have anything planned. I'm already tearing up when someone mentions this will be my first Mother's Day, so I can only imagine I'll be a wreck Sunday.

i've already gotten 2 mothers day cards in the mail...it's my first. very sweet.  i'm curious to see what dh writes in the card.
