How is your LO sleeping? How much are they eating and how ofter? What are they learning to do?
DS sleeps much better after a bath but has only made it through the night once...last week he seemed to digress and was up every two hours...he was eating a good 4 ounces every 2 hours but has cut back to 3-3.5...he is, however, rolling over(I caught it on camera!), holding his head up and putting weight on his legs...just trying to get a feel for where everyone else is...Thx!
Re: ~Moms of 8 weekers~
LO is sleeping better, a good number of 6-7 hr stretches for the first sleep, then after the 4 or 5a feeding she'll only sleep for 3 hours. Bizzare.
Naps are getting better, less cat napping for 20 minutes and more 45m to 90m stretches. Getting her down for a nap still isn't that easy so I just leave her where she falls asleep.
Not rolling over yet, but she's getting closer. She's figured out how to scoot around the play mat.
Better head control, she's been pretty good with that.
Eating about 5 oz at every feeding, and that number is based upon what I've been pumping and feeding. But she can go 3.5 hours during the day between feedings. That's good considering it was closer to 2 during the day.
She found her feet the other day. I got that on my iPhone Video, so freaking cute. She was just watching them, wiggling her toes, trying to clap her feet together.
DD was having terrific nights.. until a couple of days when she started eating and sleeping a lot.. thought of a late growth spurt or something... last week we used to have sort of a routine eating every 4 hrs with nights streches of 6-7 hrs.. but suddenly we are back to feedings every 3 hrs (BF+formula)... or 4 hrs at the most
she doesn't roll over yet.. hates tummy time, but it's getting strong with her legs.. has found when she moves one of them real hard she can rock a little in her rocker or in the pack'n play..
she found her feet today!!! and how I miss I couldn't capture the scene.. she was so focused at them.. it was awesome!!
loves going out in the stroller... she is so alert and quiet.. even she entertains a little with her hands when she's hungry... haha at least for a while...
