diaper rash cream. Little one looks like he's got a sore little tushy. We were given a ton of desatin at the shower but I don't really care for it. I'm trying butt paste today...

I like the desitin and am not a fan of butt paste. I think everyone has their own preference. I use it with every changing also. Some people like triple paste or A&D...you could try those too.

I think it just depends on the baby. I've tried Aveeno, Arbonne, Desitin, Desitin Max, and even my Lanisoh nipple cream because DD had the worst diaper rash in the first few weeks. I found the Desitin Max worked the best for her and the Lanisoh cream worked second best. It finally cleared up once she stopped pooping with every diaper.

we like butt paste, mainly because our Desitin stinks. Also, we use vaseline daily and it seems to keep irritation at bay.

There is a type called Dr. Smith's! You can get it at Walgreens, CVS, ect. My Pedi gave me a bunch of samples and it has worked wonders, the rash cleared within 2 days! HTH and good luck!
