LO had her 2-month vaccs today :(

LO got her shots at her 2 month appointment today, and I was almost in tears because she screamed so loud.  Her poor little legs   The rest of the day she was either irritable, or sleeping... even through feedings.  Poor girl screamed when I changed her diaper because I'm sure her legs hurt.  It's probably more traumatic for me than her.  I just feel so bad!  Plus I wanted to take her 2 month pics today because she is exactly 2 months, but she just wanted to cry through it all.  I felt like a mean mommy making her be in pictures on a day that was so crummy for her!

Same here, I'm still traumitized.  I bawled my eyes out.  DH had to comfort me and DD!  It was horrible hearing her scream like that.    Now she has a low grade fever so I gave her some generic tylenol (glad the recall happened before I bought any)!

My ped recommended massaging her legs.  I had heard to massage the injection site last time I got a flu shot and it helped a ton.  Previously, my arm would be sore for a few days but I rubbed it right after I got it last time and my arm barely hurt.
