The story of how I met one of my BFFs is pretty funny and has to do with a party! When I was in high school there was this local band that I was in love with. They were playing some girl's 16th birthday party, so I decided to go just to see them play. Well, this girl comes up to me and says "I don't know you and you're in my house!" So I introduced myself. The next year, I transfered schools and just happened to end up at the same school she went to! We had choir together and we became really good friends We're still really good friends. I love it!

so I went to a friend's wedding awhile back and they had the reception as this really pretty garden area...but here is the crazy part.  The owners of the garden also lived there and let bride's get ready in their home or take pictures etc.

My friend wanted to take pictures on a the round purple velvet bed...well I just had to see this for myself and sure enough there it was a round HUGE purple velvet bed.  But wait it gets better...When you walk in the house I turned to my right and there was a living room type of room roped off with a red velvet rope.  Behind it was literally 50 manicans/fake people dressed in old fashion wedding attire.  some of them on horses, some of them in chairs...it was sooo bizarre. 
Inside the reception room was a round shpaed room...similar to a carousel.  In the center of the room was another room which just so happened to be the one and only bathroom and a/c unit. When you open the door to go out everyone on that side of the room sees you and the toliet.  There were tons of pictures all over the wall..one was of Jesus in the clouds...mostly just a shadow but the eyes were very intense and just followed you all over the room. 
The only nice part was the gardents out side...just beautiful but the insides were so strange

it isn't very responsible and WAY before TTC... I had a get together at my house during halloween time with some friends and we just got back from a haunted house and i smoked a little (which I did like ONCE in a blue moon).  Well my husband disappeared and I was convinced he was hiding and looking to scare us... i searched all over my house and was crying and laughing becuase I was convinced he stole my brothers car (eventhough he had his keys).  I even was crawling on my front lawn looking for him under the cars.(we just moved in).. Well while I was doing that DH walks across the street from goign to 7-11 to get more beer and was never hiding in the first place.  My friends thought it was hilarious but I was so embarrassed.  Needless to say I hope my neighbors weren't watching!  The best part was my sister told my mom that I was "out of control" and I totally gave myself up and my mom was like "your sister just told me you were really drunk"... Whoops at least she can't ground me.
