I've never used a humidifier before so this may be a dumb question...
Do you use a humidifier all year long...is there a season I should turn it off? I just think DD needs one and I'm not sure if there's a time I shouldn't be using it?
Generally, they're fine to use year round. You want a cool mist one though. Warm mist ones are more likely to grow mold. Humidifiers are especially helpful when LO is congested. If you live in a dry climate, they're great to use frequently. If you live in a humid climate, you might just want to use it for congestion. The air is driest in the winter so that's a good time to use one.
