We have our carseat installed with the latch system. The seat keeps him so upright that his little head falls forward all of the time! Does anyone else have this problem? Suggestions on how to fix it?

We bought a head support at Target. It has helped a great deal and comes with two different sizes.
I have one of these, it's from Target as well, Eddir Bauer brand. It has a dark brown one with a smaller cream colored one inside of it. (If that makes sense) It keeps his head from going side to side, but doesn't keep it from falling forward.

This. Our Graco seat base will tick upwards to recline the seat. That helped him from going forward. We also bought the head supports that another pp mentioned to help his head from going side to side. He finally doesn't need it anymore.
We have the same problem. I, too, have the Eddie Bauer thing that keeps her head from going side to side. The car seat is at the correct level (based on the indicator on the side). DD can hold her head up for brief periods and that's when it tends to fall forward. The problem is that she doesn't have the control to bring it back. I just keep an eye on her and reach back and reposition her head if needed. I can't figure out anything else.

It does and we have it on the bottom one.
