I just scared the crap out of my neighbor!

My neighbor is slightly reclusive and we haven't seen each other in nearly 7 months.  Well she was shocked to see me walk out of the house with a baby carrier...and a baby in it!  She even asked me if it was mine because she never saw me pregnant   Poor old gal, she was really shocked and at a loss for words.
