AW my Dh

So last night at about 5:30 DH calls and says that he needs to stay at the office and finish a few things. I anticipated this since we had to split childcare yesterday and his job is really demanding. What I didn't expect was the request to make something for a potluck today.So I came up with an idea and sent him a store list. 

At 6:45 he still wasn't home so I figured he was still at the store and called him to get one more thing. Well, he hadn't even left the office yet. Needless to say he got home around 7:45 so we ate dinner really late. 

But, this is the AW moment, he brought my flowers AND a cookie to say sorry for being so late and springing the potluck on me.

Cute! Yeah...I was waiting for the AW because it wasn't looking so good in the beginning haha!!

He told me that the springing of the potluck was training for when Greyson comes to me right before bed and says that he needs 40 cupcakes for school the next day
