I pump every time I feed LO.  I normally pump exactly what he eats.  He has been eating a little over 3 oz every 3 hours.  I think he has been going through a growth spurt lately because he is wanting to feed every 2 hours now.  He is still eating the same amount, but since I am pumping more often I am pumping less.  Will my milk supply automatically adjust to his needs?  Any advice to get it to increase?  I have a little BM stored but not much.  TIA!

I don't EP, but I do EBF and pump sometimes. I know that when DS went through a growth spurt and started eating more often I did adjust to meet his needs. I believe it's a combination of eating more often and thus having a greater volume and also to some degree the contents of the milk shift. If you're pumping every time he eats (and therefore increasing in frequency) that should be sufficient, but maybe also try pumping for a little longer to see if you get any more.
