over the shoulder baby holder?

Does anyone have one of these? Someone gave me theirs, but they didn't have the instructions anymore. I tried googling, but I could only find really old instructions and they weren't very helpful. Do you know of any instructional videos I could access? Or do you have any tips for using it with a newborn?

I have a hand me down one.  My sister also gave me the instructions and original packaging...I also did not find it helpful.  They are the same ones that you see on the OTSBH website, they look like they are from the 70s.  FWIW, I hate the OTSBH.  I have tried everything to make it work and I much prefer the Moby.  The OTSBH is very uncomfortable for me and baby after about 10 min.  I really wanted to like it because it is so much faster to put on than my Moby.  My sister loved the OTSBH and I just can't get it to work for us.

Hm, that's too bad. I have a sleep wrap (very similar to a Moby) and I love it, but it is kind of a pain to put on, especially if you're in a hurry. I was hoping this would be something easy for my husband to throw on, but it's looking like we won't be able to use it.
