Pediatrician in Fort Myers - HELP!

I am due in six weeks and still have not found a pediatrician!  Please give me any recommendations.  Here are my "requirements"...

Open to delayed vaccination schedule - will go over each one and why he/she recommends it and if it's really necessary.

Does not prescribe antibiotics, steroids, etc. for every cold, ear infection, etc.

Personable, takes their time, makes you and your child feel like you are important and not just another patient.

 This may sound like a lot but I honestly feel like there is a doctor out there for everyone and there are too many around here to choose from and consult with!!

This is probably too late, but I love Dr. Witham at associates in pediatrics. I started out at physicians primary care with Dr. Martin and we switched almost immediately after birth. I have been happy with all of the NPs I've seen at associates in pediatrics as well.
