What's the longest time your LO has gone w/o pooping?

when she was a few days old she went almost 48 hours. now (5 weeks) sometimes she'll go 8-ish hours, if its at night. during the day she goes every 2-3 hours.

2 days. Pediatrician said not to worry until the end of 3 days but this varies from doctor to doctor I think.

You don't say if you EBF or not. If you EBF then days are just fine. If you formula feed or supplement with formula then there is concern because formula has a lot of fillers and can cause constipation.
