I know someone mentioned using a dandruff shampoo, which brand? It's getting out of hand.

yes, our pedi actally suggested a baby tooth brush, We have done it for the whole week.

my friend told me her pedi recommended just baby shampoo.. not the all in one.  The past week of baths I have been putting olive oil on her head, then rubbing with the brush from the hospital, then washing the rest of her.. then I use the shampoo with the scalp brush... then a fine comb after.  It's time consuming, but its really improving!

though I have to say I tried alot of different things with DS1 and nothing really worked,  we just had to wait it out.

We've been battling the crap as well along with severe eczema, a bacterial infection, etc.  It's AWESOME.  Anyways, I just bought the Mustela cradle cap cream at BRU and it really has done the trick for her scalp finally.  It says to put it on overnight and then wash the hair in the AM, but we put it in at night before bed, then I put it in a couple hours before her bath at nighttime.

Our pedi told us to use Selsun Blue, so we picked up the Wal-Mart brand of that.  It's been helping a lot.
