There's a post on 0-3 asking whether there is any medical proof that the Baby Bjorn is bad for the hips/spine. I've never seen anything besides opinion on the matter but thought maybe one of you might.
If you know of something, please share here, and if you feel so inclined, on the 0-3 post.
(I'm not a Bjorn fan regardless, but I'm curious)

You can actually test this position on yourself to see the difference in stress on your back in a crotch dangle carrier vs. one that supports out to the knee.
Stand on one leg with your other leg out in front of you bent at the knee. Hold you hands under your knee to support your leg. Now move your hands back towards your bum. The first position with support under the knee is far more comfortable - don't you want the same for your baby??
