Baby acne or rash?

DD has had the normal milia on her nose and chin, but in the last two days she's started with a bumpy constellation on her face - between her eyebrows and across one cheek.  Looks a little like a heat rash.  I figured if it was a reaction to something it wouldn't be just her face.  I'm afraid to put anything on it...ideas?

Sounds like my LO's face - we were at the doc last week and she said it's just nasty baby acne. Wipe it with a warm washcloth a couple times a day - no soap - and it will go away on its own. He's even got it in his eyebrows!!!

Same with mine!  Just started with the acne/rash stuff a few days ago. We were at the beach, so I wasnt sure if it had to do with that.  We got hoem yesterday, and it has cleared a bit, but I heard that it acts up when LO is stressed/hungry. Hoping it goes away soon!
