Thanks ladies for the advice. I am going to talk to DH and will either not respond at all to the ex or send him an email explaining why we can't be friends. I'm still sort of thinking about what would be kinder.
But, I'm heading out of the office (early!!!) to either get a pedicure or go shopping. I haven't made up my mind yet. Either way, it's way better than being at work!
