Really awkward work moment...
A coworker's wife is having a baby in June. As I'm walking by a group of women start squealing and tell me all about the surprise baby shower they're throwing for him. Then the dreaded question..."do you want to help plan this, we have so many game ideas!?"
No?
I couldn't really even answer (I was afraid I was going to start crying). I just stared and the one lady finally said (rudely) "we'll take that as a no...." and they turned around and kept talking. Whoops?
Anybody have a drink?
