Postal Service question

I thought I had heard a while back that the Postal Service was going to be discontinuing mail delivery on Saturdays as part of some cost saving efforts. Anyone know if this is a definite?

I know they submitted a proposal to go down to 5-days of delivery, but I don't think it's official yet.  They're still waiting on approval
