I had a feeling too.  I also think they may own the protection company they are advertising.  It is all just a little fishy!

I almost wonder if this is something that should be reported to BBB or is it just one of many companies doing this as the link suggests Zabasearch or whatever has been doing this for some time. I attempted to remove my info too and thought it was strange the way they did not verify and then it only allows you to use one email address x number of times. Strange...so yes they probably are attempting to collect email addresses for solicitation.
