Car Insurance Vent
We got our car insurance bill in the mail today. ?To my surprise, it went up $15/month for the next year. ?I didn't understand why so I called our agent. ?He had the other agent call me back to review it with me. ?She said that insurance rates did increase slightly this year. ?She then proceeded to tell me that we are getting a larger DISCOUNT for owning a home and another DISCOUNT for being "accident free" and another DISCOUNT for our credit rating. ?So my question- was the insurance increase $15/month. ?She tells me no. ?Yet she couldn't tell me what the increase was. ?Talking to her was like talking to a wall. ?I am so frustrated because I still don't understand. ?
The kicker- we have been so unhappy with this insurance company and cannot switch because of the recent accident with the semi-truck. ?We're still fighting with them over payment and switching would mess things up more. ?UGH!?
