NBR: sellers agreed to pay for all repairs

So, it looks like all systems are go. We got estimates from a contractor and a plumber (that we chose) and the sellers agreed to pay for everything.

Yay for moving forward! We're still set to close on May 26th and take possession on June 2nd.

We close on our current house the 25th and the new owners don't take possession till June 8th so it gives us a few days with both houses... which is a good thing because the new house will have to have carpet installed before we move in (dogs, yuck!!)

Oh my gosh I can't believe what a roller coaster this has been...

Anyone want to see the new place??
