just found a great fundraising idea

Ok everyone i have been leary of fundraising from my family and friends cause I just dont like the feeling like i am begging but this is something i came across and i feel good about it cause at least they get an item out of it.

I am not sure if any of you are familiar with adoptionbug.com they sell adoption related tees. IA, DA, and Foster I love them and the slogans are so cute. well the offer a fundraising program I just emailed them for more info but it looks like a wonderful idea. they make a little store on their site for you with your picture and brief story then you pick up to 6 tees to sell to family and friends. they go to your site and shop and you get 25-45% of the sales towards your adoption. just got the info they were fast there is a few forms to fill out and in 1-2 weeks we will have our online-store you receive 8-9 dollars per shirt sold and you can do  traditional door to door orders  and they are sold to u in bulk as well. It is completely free so it can not hurt to try an earn a few bucks.

We started this after we found out about the new 2-trip rule to Ethiopia. In our blog, there is a link on the side to our site for the t-shirts. In fact, our friend designed the first 2 for us! Anyways, the lady who runs it is awesome and has been great to work with. I believe she is waiting for a referral right now herself! The t-shirts are so cute when they are packaged. Rolled up with some string - it's actually really cute!

Anyways, I highly recommend them! For each sale, you get an e-mail saying who ordered it (well, just their e-mail address) so that you can personally thank them and then you receive a commission statement in the e-mail as well.
