We just had to get a new AC & Furnace. If anyone in Austin is thinking about doing this, this is the last year for the federal tax credit. You get up to $1500 back at tax time. Also, Austin energy and Tx Gas have really good rebates. We're getting over 2K back from utilities.

 Just wanted to pass it on in case you think you might need a new one anytime soon.
