Made these on Sunday and they're SO good. The kids love them and I've definitely eaten my fair share
We made the regular, not chocolate ones (although they don't sound too bad!) Just thought I'd share in case anyone was interested We're trying to make more and more from scratch and snacky-type foods are always the hardest for me to find good recipes for.

i am wondering this too. bookmarked the recipe!
Oops! I meant to add that I subsituted that for honey. I think in her comments it was mentioned that that should work and it did just fine
I didn't have cane juice.
They are a bit softer than store-bought graham crackers, but I left them in the oven at the end for just 30 minutes and maybe they would be crispier if left for an hour? Either way, very good!

thanks for posting! i was eating honey maid graham crackers in the hospital, even though I know how much junk is in them. and, now I'd like to try to make some on my own. perfect timing!
Do you think it would defeat the purpose of having good graham crackers if I put canned frosting on them?
I've got such a craving for graham crackers and canned frosting.
omg that sounds wonderful. Last night I had graham crackers with Nutella...yum,yum!

OMG, I love this snack! I used to carry around the graham cracker sticks and a can of chocolate frosting. Yum.
Eh, a craving is a craving. It's got to be better than putting the frosting on store-bought ones, right?
Dude...I once told dh that one of the best things about having kids was the "excuse" to have frosting and graham crackers in the house at all times!
Add in some peanut butter and you have a whole grain and a protein.
