Kids doctor appointment today

DS had a weight check today. He weighed 26 lbs and is up to the 12% for his age. DD got her first shot today and weighed in at 10 lbs which is 8% for her. The doc said she was very pleased with the kids weight gain. DD goes back in the beginning of June for her four month check and next rotavirus vax. Yay! And we're still supplementing with the occasional bottle for her when she seems hungrier than I'm producing at bedtime for DS. But for the most part mostly ebf. I'm happy with the progress for both.

How old is your DS again?  I swear, C is only around 27 lbs at 2 yrs, 5 months and I think at his last appt (Jan) he was in the 50-ish percentile.

DS just turned 2.5 years a week or so ago.

How did I not realize/remember that our kids are the same age?  Huh.  Well, C eats a lot (like his food, his brother's food, then moves on to our plates) yet he gains weight very slowly.  Granted, he is very tall but still.  Such a skinny kid.
