They dropped another bomb on us today. The first cycle they pretty much blamed the sperm because it was testicular sperm and the timing of embryo arrest (with the qualification that there could be an egg issue - but they didn't think so because of my testing and age).
Well, I guess the 2 cycles combined yielding only 1 "good" looking embryo on day 3 is pointing to a double whammy. Basically, our options are to stop, try again using DH's frozen sample, DIUI (could still work, but would probably take longer than normal), try egg donor with 1/2 dh sperm, 1/2 donor, or adopt.
So, I guess it's back to the drawing board.
