An aquaintance was telling me today how we need to keep Ryan in his infant carseat as long as possible so we can snap it into the stroller. We rarely even use our stroller.
I said, "No, usually I just wear him in my wrap carrier. It's easier for us."
She looked at me like I had 3 heads! Haha. But seriously, it is SO much easier to wear him (especially in public places) than to navigate the stroller.
I'm obsessed with babywearing now. So is DH, which I love. I'm currently waiting for my Mei Tai to arrive
Re: I forget that some people don't understand babywearing.
Ha - where are you in your siggy pic? Looks like you just stopped for a photo op in the middle of a department store - lol.
I agree about wearing. DD is 19 months and I don't even have a stroller at home any more -- I keep it at my moms and on the rare occasion that I need it (like once every 4 months) I just go get it from her house.
I agree! I wore DD while we were furniture shopping this weekend, and it was SO much easier. It was a tight squeeze around a lot of that furniture... I'm a HORRIBLE driver with the stroller... It would have been horrible had I taken it!
If we go to the mall or something, I usually take the stroller in just to carry the diaper bag and such... if Mom is with me, I don't, because she just packs the diaper bag as well. LOL. I think Keevie has spent all of 1 hour COMBINED in our stroller. I wish I hadn't spent $70 on it!
Haha, we were at Old Navy while visiting my parents in Florida!
