Mother or Not?

My baby won't be born for this Mothers Day.  I was talking to some friends and they said I don't get to celebrate because my baby is not due til June. In my opinion the moment I found out I was prego I was a Mom, have been caring for him for the last 8 months! Just wanted to here opinions. Thanks

I celebrated Mother's Day when I was pregnant (and let DH know that I was expecting to celebrate ).  In fact, they even make Mother's Day cards specifically for mothers-to-be.  So I say you should celebrate!

Your friends are wrong IMO. You're caring for that baby each and every day by how you are treating your pregnancy. Besides, if doggy moms get to celebrate Mother's Day (like I did before I was pg! ha ha ha!), you most certainly can! PP is right, they make cards for it.

My baby isn't due till Sept and I plan on celebrating. I'm with you. The second there was 2 lines on that test, I was a mom.
