I forgot that DH hunts deer and and makes sausage and bratwurst out of it himself. And he catches a lot of fish.

FWIW the money he spends on hunting makes the venison WAY more expensive than any meat you would buy at the grocery store. I have told him to hunt some boneless chicken next season -- we eat a lot more of that than venison.

DS told DH a couple of years ago he needed to hunt some chicken dinosaurs. (You know, those dino shaped chicken nuggets that Perdue makes.)
