Questions I thought I'd ask doc at f/u

but since I'm not having a follow up, I thought I'd as you fine ladies.

1) Can I be working out?  I'm still bleeding (very lightly), but am full of energy and feeling pretty good (physically - emotionally, I'm a basket-case).  I don't know if there is a certain amount of time I should take off since my body has been through this roller coaster of nastiness.

2) This one is for dh (who is annoying the he!! out of me).  Can we resume normal sexual activity once the bleeding stops, or is there a time frame that we are supposed to wait?  I don't even feel like going there right now, but if it's gonna shut his @ss up, then bring on the sexy time.

3) If we're supposed to wait two cycles until TTC again, is this time from now until af, considered a cycle, or does it begin after af arrives for the first time? (does that even make sense??)

    I've been doing light exercise like jogging and it doesn't seem to affect the bleeding at all...like exercising with a period. I can honestly say that getting outside or to the gym makes me feel better. I think it feels good to be out of breath from the exercise rather than out of breath from the crying.

    In regards to waiting for two cycles...I have no earthly clue but I really want to know the answer too!!

    I hear you on how much this sucks! =(

    I asked my Dr. yesterday at my two week followup after my D&C if I could exercise again and he said yes. I would think it would be ok, like the pp said, just like exercising with a period.

    The written instructions I got said I could resume intercourse in 2 weeks or until I feel comfortable. Looking at your siggy, looks like you had a natural, so not sure if that makes a difference. The only reason I could think not to (besides you not being ready) is risk of infection. Can you at least call your Dr. and ask over the phone?

    And lastly, I'm not quite sure about your last question, I would like to know the answer too! My Dr. told me to wait 1-3 months, or at least one normal cycle, but don't know what is considered a normal cycle. I would assume the first AF after m/c would be considered a cycle, but not certain.
