We are coming up blank for a Mother's Day gift for MIL. Anyone care to throw some suggestions out?
She is into:
knitting, gardening, cooking, wine, reading, yoga, trying to become more eco-friendly/conscious, over all sweet woman who would give you the shirt of her back. I sometimes get frustrated because she is *too* nice (always puts others needs/cares/wants in front of her own).
Ready...go!
Re: Mother's Day gift ideas?
I would go with something little and EF like dryer balls or pretty cloth napkins.
Personally, though, I'm making this for my aunt (we don't usually go big for Mother's day).

We've done garden rocks for me, my mom and MIL and had DS put his hand print on it with paint and the date. I also have a garden stepping stone with his feet. I love it! Or perhaps a nice picture of your DH & DD together? For Xmas this year moms & Gmas all got picture books centered around DS.
We did garden stepping stones last year for MIL and my Mom. I'm not sure what we'll do this year, but I know that when ds2 is born, we're doing these again- I want more and I'm thinking I'll do the kids foot prints or hand prints and add to them each year. I have an area in the yard that is bricks right now that I'm trying to get dh to take out. I'd like to fill it with a bunch of the stepping stones.
Maybe a reusable canvas bag that the kids could draw/color on? Or one you can add a picture of the kids to?
