I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and still think I look fat. Just like with everything else in pregnancy it's different for everyone. I think here pretty soon I will start to look pregnant though...hopefully..
I'm 21 weeks and I still feel like most days I look fat. I have a small belly and my DH thinks its cute but to everyone else I feel like I am carrying around extra pounds that just took like my clothes are too tight.

now that your uterus is over your pelvic bone your tummy *should* start getting more hard and less bloat-like. everyone is different it just depends on your body type your time will come sweet pea!!
i'm also only 14 weeks along, and when i look down, all i can see is what looks to me like a roll of pudgy stomach, but everyone reassures me that it definitely looks like a bump. maybe because they know and are looking for it? i dunno, but i try to believe them... after all, there IS a baby in there... somewhere.
I'm still looking fat. I've almost been tempted on a few occasions to be one of those annoying belly rubbing women so as to try and make it appear more obvious that I am indeed pregnant. I did it in front of the mirror last night and unfortunately I just looked like I was caressing my fat...
I know this because no on has asked me if I was pregnant. Everyone is shock when I tell them I am expecting.. so I am pretty sure I am still in the "look fat" department.

This made me laugh out loud. Twice.

Haha, I always thought I would be doing this to look pregnant, but now I'm doing it because that stretching belly itches like the dickens!
Well, I FEEL fat but there has been a definite bump for several weeks. Up until the last week or so, there was still a space above the bump where you could tell I had toned abs underneath my boobs at one point. Said space is now almost gone, and there is a big bump. People are definitely looking in the grocery store. But I still just feel fat. And when I look at other posters' pics, I think man, I am looking huge in comparison (even though I can still fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans -- small victories!). But I know I shouldn't compare my bump to other people's...
Yup. Women carry differently - with my first pregnancy and this one my "belly" is all up front but in a big oval shape - so it looks like I've just gained 10 lbs. or something. (And no, I haven't gained 10 lbs., maybe 5 at this point). It will get better - by 18-19 weeks with my first I actually looked pregnant.
I am almost 23 weeks and still look more fat than pregnant, IMO. However, strangers have started to comment on my pregnancy, so maybe this is all in my head. I definitely wasn't a skinny girl to start with.
Re: Pregnant or just fat??
This. I didn't look pregnant at all until 26 weeks...but then I literally popped overnight and was unmistakably pregnant.

I look fat, not pregnant.
