It doesn't seem to matter what I eat or when I eat it. Around 7 every night I get this heavy, hungry, sick feeling and I can't figure out if I am sick or hungry or what .... then I always throw up.
I would suggest eating small portions frequently. Thats what i was told when i asked my doctor why i get heartbearn and the feeling of food in my throat every night. He said i'm probably eating too much at each meal.

omg. I was doing the same thing from week 8 to week 15. I have not been nauseated @ dinner for the past two weeks, but I still don't have an appetite at all for any sort of dinner foods. I think the key is to eat the small meals throughout the day, but if u find yourself not being able to eat much after a certain time, load up at lunch or early afternoon. That's what I do. Hope u feel better soon
This just started for me yesterday! Around week 14 my M/S went away and I would go home after work every night STARVING. The past 2 days around 4pm I feel sick to my stomach. Its now almost 7pm and I could care less about dinner...I haven't thrown up, but I do feel like I could. This blows
My birthson who came before I was ready. He doesn't call me mom but I love him just the same. ~7/10/99~
I went home and had a bowl of ice cream and some milk around 5:30 and didn't eat anything else. At 7, as usual I got really uncomfortable, heart burn and extra fully/queasy feeling, but I laid down and sipped on some water and it went away and I didn't throw up *yess*. So I guess that is what I am going to do for a while. Have a light snack when I get home from work and not eat anything else.
