Thanks to everyone who offered encourgement for my dental work today! The twilight sedation was awesome. I went right to sleep, and then they were waking me up saying I was done! My nurse told me when we left to go get a milkshake (since I couldn't eat for 8 hours before the surgery) to coat my tummy...so yay! I got a nice chocolate malt..had to eat it with a spoon. The right side of my face is still numb (it is lessening now, but was really super numb when trying to figure out how to spoon down a malt!). I took my vicodan, and am wonderfully pain free. I was told to lounge on the couch for the rest of the day, so that's just what I'm doing.
Oh, on top of having the oral surgery today....AF showed up today too. Might as well deal with that now too, right? At least this means I get to start my gonal-f on thursday now! Excited to see if (hopefully) this will do it for us!
I'm babbling now (thanks vicodan!), so I will end this post for now...
Thanks again for all the good thoughts!
