I am leaking.. yup I'm offically leaking fluid.

My boobs got swollen and rock hard a week after the birth than went away 4 days later... but now I'm leaking.

Is this normal?

Yeah it sucked.. let me tell you. But it went away in week 2.. And now they are back to "normal" but today I seem to be leaking.

My levels are back to 0.. so i'm confused.

Mine started the day after and lasted for about a week and a half.  Use ice patched for about 20 mins at a time and don't let the warm / hot water run on them in the shower.  I was doing the whole two sports bra's and a ice pack between them for about 2 weeks just to be safe. 

It sucks and I'm so sorry you have to go thru this.  I know I cried the first time I started leaking.

Thats the thing they don't hurt, there not swollen.. I'm just leaking..

that's so weird... are you going to give your doc a call?  i had the rock hard, swollen boobs 2 days after giving birth, but it went away after 5 days.  that was about 3 weeks ago.  haven't had any leaking since.  good luck?

This happened to me about 2 days after giving birth. They were rock hard, hurt like hell, and one was leaking. Upon discharge from the hospital, they told me Tylenol and Ibuprofen were okay ok. I took a couple of Tylenol once and that helped so much. Tightening up my bra helped as well.

Unfortunately it is normal. I had rock hard tender bbs about 3 days after delivering Lily. Then it went away and a few days later it started as leaking then moved on to streaming out but mainly in the shower. Try not to let hot water hit them, use ice packs, motrin, and drink peppermint tea. Hope it goes away fast sweetie.
