  • Pork Tenderloin, mac and cheese, and broccoli.
  • I'm picking up Chinese on my way back from the gym.

  • As you may have guessed from my previous post, pork chops! :0)  I'll also do baked potatoes and broccoli.  Dessert is a delicious brownie, peanut butter and coolwhip concoction leftover from yesterday's potluck.

  • Local asparagus (first local produce of the season!) and spinach/cheese ravioli.

Between now and 5 pm, I gotta figure out how to cook that asparagus

  • Grilled chicken and zucchini with garlic bread

There was asparagus at our Farmers Market this weekend too.  DH wasn't in the mood for it so we didn't get anything - I think his eyes were focused on the rows of strawberries.

Chop up the asparagus, toss it with some garlic, salt and pepper.  Saute it in some olive oil and mix it with the ravioli!

  • pasta with goat cheese and peas, garlic bread, and broccoli

  • I put a small pork roast in my slow cooker with a half bottle of bbq sauce. Ripped it apart with two forks once it was cooked and tossed it back in with a little more bbq sauce and water. We're having pulled pork sandwiches with oven fries (Cavendish crispy coating mmmm) and a raw pepper/tomato/cucumber combo.

My house has smelled like delicious bbq all day and I can barely wait for supper. One of the easiest things I've made in the slow cooker.

  • I have book club tonight, so I am bringing artichoke dip and plan to eat a lot of junk food for dinner. Yay!
