Yesterday, I was spotting a bit and I'm a nerve wreck right now. It was brown  and it stopped after about an hour.

I was spotting over the weekend, as well. I called the doctor, actually, and she wasn't too concerned. She said 1/4 women spot in early pregnancy. Unless it's bright red coupled with intense cramping, I think it's ok... It wouldn't hurt to call your doctor, though. They do get paid to address your concerns.

You asked would I... not should I - and the answer is yes, I most def. WOULD worry. But like everyone says, if it was a little, brown spotting, you shouldn't have much to worry about.

Still, if you're at all nervous, I say call the doc.

I would not worry, but that is because I had bright red spotting with #1 around 8-9 weeks.  I did not have any cramping with this and everything was just fine.  Just happens sometimes when the placenta is embedding into the uterus.

This. It happened with me and I went in to have it checked out and have had 2 good u/s since.
