f/u to DD swallowing something

we went to the ER, it's fine- whatever it was is in the bottom of her stomach (the doctor thinks it's a rock.)

just in case you were all waiting on the edge of your seat or something.

I read the OP, holy crap a rock?! I bet your excited about being out of that place. Did he say it will just pass and you need to sift through poo until it does?

ok, i'm really glad that everything turned out ok and everything...but i have to say, in 20 years when she's got her new boyfriend at home meeting you guys, it'll be kinda funny to tell the story about when she swallowed a rock.  just sayin'

the doc said if i want to sift through poop i can, but i don't have to. as long as she's not barfing or refusing food, i'm a okie dokie.

 

talk about stress. oh, and my husband got his truck stuck out of cell and radio contact (he's a cop) so he had no idea until he got unstuck and heard over the radio that we were in the er. that was fun for the both of us.

I'm glad she's ok!  I just had to add that the above made me lol.  I pictured her swallowing a live mouse.
