XP: What food

seems to settle your stomach? Or what food do you feel like you could eat all day?

 

For me, potato chips and cottage cheese are my favorites.

  •  I don't have one food I could eat all day, but I have been into a lot of different combinations of bread products and cheese.  Grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese, pizza, cheese and crackers, pasta with butter and parmesan cheese... the list goes on.  If I keep eating like this I am going to gain 20 lbs in the 1st trimester!  And it will all be fat!  I have not had much of an appetite and haven't been eating much, but when I do eat I am not eating healthy food at all.

  • Anything carby makes me feel better. Pizza and bread especially. My usual snack during the day was an apple or string cheese. Since getting pregnant, those healthy snacks just make me more hungry. No fun:)

  • I feel like i could eat pizza all day and totally want salty foods.  Not even interested in sweet foods.

  • Fruit- apple slices, watermelon, oranges, tangelos, grapes (tons of grapes), fresh pineapple slices.

    It has to be fresh though, canned or syrupy has always made me gag.

    And popsicles. :)
