What do you think about the Britax Boulevard? I just bought 2 of them and I'm kind of having buyers remorse
We want to TTC in the fall so I know Jack will be moved to the side seat instead of the middle to make room for the new baby so my thought was if I got the Boulevard then he will be protected. I've read the reviews and they seem good, but it seems like you know a lot about the difference in seats. I was going to get 2 marathons and I'm wondering if I should have went with that. I can still cancel my order if I wanted to.
We have a grand prix and a 4 door F250 so I don't think the bigger size will be an issue.
Thanks
Re: **emilie** regarding car seats
Honestly, I think all the Britax seats are fine, but totally overpriced. I think there are better alternatives (and, IMO, superior seats) for less money out there. Personally, I love the First Years TrueFit. It's pretty much my #1 recommendation for most people. It has a taller shell and higher shoulder strap slots so it can be used RF for longer AND FF for longer. It has side impact protection (most seats do, now) and it's easy to install in most vehicles. It also has a deeper seat which gives your LO more leg room. And it's only about $175! You can get two of them for almost the same price as one Boulevard.
I have both seats (Boulevard and TrueFit) and I would take the TrueFit hands down any day of the week.
I think I may cancel my order tomorrow and get the Truefit if they are comparable. I don't understand why picking a carseat is so stressful....too many choices.
I guess I need to stop at BrUs to play with the truefit and see if I like it.
Thanks a bunch
