I can't remember, but I really try not to take anything in the 1st tri. Too much is going on and developing, it scares me. I've been using NeilMed nasal rinse and it's helping a lot.
This is the site I usually reference and it says no to Sudafed. I know I took something last pregnancy when I was sick, but I can't remember. You might try calling your doctor and see what they say.
The WTE site says that medicines containing pseudoephedrine are probably not safe to take during the 1st tri, but I know that Sudafed does make decongestants that don't contain it. Saline nasal spray is safe too.
i have really bad allergies, the naturopath told me i can take horsradish, garlic and vit c supplement...the jar says its for sinus and hayfever...has helped...GL!
