sea band question

Hi all,

I don't have ms yet but I was thinking about ordering some supplies for it. Sea bands are wrist bands, right? I have extremely small wrists...like a small child's. How adjustable are the bands?

You can get the sea bands at CVS.  They are stretchy like really cool athletic arm bands.  I'm sure they'll fit your tiny wrists just fine.

They start out really small and are stretchy, you should be fine.

Someone (starbuck?) ordered a cool version on Amazon that was not the "seaband" brand but was the same concept. Only it had adjustable bands.

The SeaBand version is just like a fat elastic hair tie or a skinny athletic band, like Jenn said. If you have super skinny wrists, I'm sure it will fit, but it may not be tight enough.

I think it's a cheap enough buy that it's worth it to find out.

I feel like the sea bands start out pretty tight, so I think they will be ok.

Mine are so tight I had to take them off because my hand fell asleep!  I thought I had pretty small wrists too so I'm sure they'll fit you.
