Since going off BC my cramps are knee buckling. I get sweats and dizzy and often feel short of breath. Its only for one day but it goes beyone uncomfortable. Consider yourself a lucky one.
That being said though i have had a tugging feeling for the last 3 days. I would classify them as cramps because its like a very dull feeling in the ute area.
I have marked them as cramps on FF because I'm not sure what else to put. I've made a note though as to what they actually feel like because I know they aren't real AF cramps.
Dang...I knew that they could be really painful. I am sorry for those that get them really bad. I know that I buckle everytime I get a poop cramp so....ouchey.....
This will be my first period that was not Provera induced since goign off of BCP, so maybe my body will change (hopefully not).
It sounds to me like there is a huge variety of sensations, but they are all classified as cramps.
I've gotten cramps like 2-3 times in my life, including yesterday...maybe TMI but you know that feeling that you get when you have to go #2 really bad or have diarhhea? They feel like that...for me anyhow.
Awful pain that makes me want to rip my uterus out. Yep, pretty much that. LOL
Totally this. And I get the fun PMS constipation to go along with it, so I'm pretty much a miserable, lay in bed in the fetal position with a heating pad wreck for three days.
Anybody who doesn't experience this should be eternally thankful.

This! I have both...some months they are debilitating...other months just an annoying twinge...like I am today! But either way...I know it = AF for me! sigh!

It's different from person to person. I usually feel more of a constant dull ache. Nothing major.
Not sure about the tugging sensation.
