Daily workout check in

Today was chest, back and abs.  So I did chest press and bent-over rows while balancing on an exercise ball (10, 12, 15lbs).  Then basic crunches on the ball.  Then stiff-leg dead lifts (15, 25, 35 lbs).  3 sets of 15 reps each.

Then 30 minutes cardio (intervals at 8 and 15 resistance) on this puppy (it's my favorite machine).

  • I was a FAIL today.... but I think DH and I are planning on a walk later tonight!

  • Today was TOUGH!  I think I might have pushed myself too hard when it was all said on done.

  • Did a pretty light Pilates class for an hour.  I'm a pretty avid exerciser but cut back a little to conceive and probably going to take it pretty easy until I get the Dr's go-ahead.

  • Just got home from work.  Since my workout plan thus far has been an epic fail I'm going to take a walk now....not that it will help the two swiss rolls and cheese sticks from sonic that I ate today. lol
  • I walked the trail at the local ecology center for about 45 minutes today.(Pushing DS in his stroller) I was so tired and didn't feel like doing anything but decided I would have more energy later on if I walked instead of going home and taking a nap.

  • I went swimming and then walked this morning :)

  • Walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes before personal training. It was leg day and we didn't do near as much as normal, but I did what I could. The fatigue is killing me right now. Then I ate Taco Cabana for dinner which cancelled it all out. Oh well, it tasted good!

  • Nothing today, but I am promising myself some Wii time tomorrow.
  • I took a 2.5 mile walk with my chunky dog - made him happy!

    DH and I both fell off the workout wagon for the past 2 months.  We were both pretty hardcore doing  P90X but I'm worried about working out at that extreme level now.  However, I'm so freaked that I'll become a big blob if I don't start something soon.....just a little more low key than P90X.

  • Today was treadmill, hip abductions and adductions, arms and then light pilates to cool down at the gym.
