Today was chest, back and abs. So I did chest press and bent-over rows while balancing on an exercise ball (10, 12, 15lbs). Then basic crunches on the ball. Then stiff-leg dead lifts (15, 25, 35 lbs). 3 sets of 15 reps each.
Then 30 minutes cardio (intervals at 8 and 15 resistance) on this puppy (it's my favorite machine).

I walked the trail at the local ecology center for about 45 minutes today.(Pushing DS in his stroller) I was so tired and didn't feel like doing anything but decided I would have more energy later on if I walked instead of going home and taking a nap.

I took a 2.5 mile walk with my chunky dog - made him happy!
DH and I both fell off the workout wagon for the past 2 months. We were both pretty hardcore doing P90X but I'm worried about working out at that extreme level now. However, I'm so freaked that I'll become a big blob if I don't start something soon.....just a little more low key than P90X.
